点状植皮在基层医院治疗顽固性溃疡的推广应用 　　【摘要】 目的：点状植皮在基层医院治疗顽固性溃疡的推广应用。方法：选取2011年6月-2013年6月在本院就诊的诊断为顽固性溃疡的患者100例，按照随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组，每组50例。试验组使用点状植皮方法进行治疗，对照组使用一般全厚层植皮或邮票式植皮法进行治疗，比较治疗后患者移植部位的渗液情况、创口有无异味、皮瓣或皮片的成活情况、并发症情况、患者创面愈合时间、住院时间、住院费用。结果：试验组创面渗液、创面有异味、并发症例数均少于对照组，皮瓣或皮片成活的例数明显多于对照组，两组比较差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：点状植皮治疗较其他植皮，具有恢复快，成活率高，创伤少，成本低，值得在基层医院推广使用。 　　【关键词】 点状植皮； 顽固性溃疡； 基层医院 　　中图分类号 R622.1 文献标识码 A 文章编号 1674-6805（2014）20-0018-02 　　The Application of Point-like Skin Grafting in Intractable Ulcer in Basic Hospital/XIE Jia-xi.//Chinese and Foreign Medical Research，2014，12（20）：18-19 　　【Abstract】 Objective： To explore application of punctate skin graft in treatment of refractory ulcers in the primary hospital. Method： One hundred patients of intractable ulcers from June 2011 to June 2013 in the hospital were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group， each group of 50 cases. The control group was treated by point-like skin grafting method. The treatment group was treated by generally full-thick layer of skin graft or graft law postage stamp. The indicators between the two groups were compared after treatment， such as the drainage condition of part of the transplant， odor on wound， the flap or skin graft survival situation， the complications， wound healing time of the patient， hospital stay， the cost of hospitalization. Result： The cases of wound exudate， wound odor and complications in the treatment group were all less than the number of cases in the control group， the number of cases of skin flap survival significantly more than the control group， and the differences between the two groups were all statistically significant（P0.05）. Conclusion： The point-like skin grafting treatment is better than other skin graft， with quick recovery， high survival rate， less invasive， low cost， which is worth using in primary hospitals. 　　【Key words】 Punctate skin graft； Intractable ulcers； Primary hospital 　　First-author’s address： Zhongtang Hospital of Dongguan City， Do
