It threats the health and growth of calf and brings the serious economic losses to aquaculture enterprises and farmers.This paper studied 14 head of calves which were suspecious of pneumonia symptoms of for the epidemiological investigation, clinical diagnosis, autopsy and combined with the similar cases which happened in the past to make a diagnosis of the disease. With penicillin, streptomycin and sulfa drugs for the disease treatment, 12 of them were cured , and the cure rate was 85.71%; duing to the serious illness，one of them died, and the mortality rate was 7.14%; because the treatment was not timely, one of the calf cattle got chronic
