2013届毕业设计（论文） 题 目： 当前我国网络舆论监督的 现状及对策研究 学 院： 法律与行政学院 专 业： 行政管理 班 级： 行管0901 姓 名： 张释予 指导教师： 陆冰 起讫时间： 2012.11——2013.6 2013年6月 当前我国网络舆论监督的现状及对策研究 摘 要 在互联网信息技术迅速发展的今天,网络作为继报纸、电视、广播三大传统媒体之后的第四媒体,其特殊作用和巨大力量正日益显现,不仅给人们的日常生活带来了深刻的改变,也影响着人类社会中方方面面的领域。随着网络的发展，网络舆论监督已成为重要的监督形式，发挥着特有的监督功能。本文行文顺序先从网络舆论监督的含义和作用写起，接着是监督的主客体，监督的方式，接下来 是我国网络舆论监督的现状和问题，紧接着是建议和对策。运用了文献收集，案例分析，比较分析的研究方法。由于受各种因素的制约，目前我国网络舆论监督中还面临着诸多矛盾和问题。诚然,任何事物都有两面性,网络舆论监督不能一棒子打死,而是应该取长避短、因势利导,将其引向正确健康的道路上发展。 关键词： 网络舆论监督 舆论引导 网民责任意识 新闻媒体立法 摘要没有对文章的结构进行叙述，读者很难从摘要中了解全文的行文顺序和内容，这是不足的地方 Present Situation and Countermeasures of the current network supervision by public opinion in China Abstract In(with) the rapid development of Internet information technology, network, as the fourth media after following the(except) three traditional media of newspapers, television, radio, is taking on its special role and enormous power is increasingly apparently, it not only brought profound changes to peoples daily lives, but also affect human society in all aspects of the field. With the development of network, supervision by public opinion has become an important form of supervision having been playing a unique monitoring function. Due to various factors, current network supervision by public opinion, in China, is facing (encountering) many contradictions and problems. It is true that everything has two sides, network supervision by public opinion can not be a stick and killed (distinctly ignored), but it should be taken to avoid the short or longer, grasp this opportunity to lead to a correct and healthy development of the road.
