摘要 近几年我国的经济快速发展，用工需求也在逐渐下降，应届大学毕业生的数量在持续增加，大学生的就业压力越来越大。国家在不断推出各种创业政策去鼓励大学生创业，在新时期创业已经成为了许多的大学生解决就业的一种新的方式。在创业的各方面因素中，创业环境又在一些方面对大学生的创业具有很大的影响力。创业环境可以分为宏观环境和微观环境，提高对环境的把握能力和适应能力，这又是促成创业成功必不可少的一个重要的环节。然而怎么样去面对和把握这些创业的环境，本文将会主要对宏观环境和微观环境进行分析和阐述。新时期的大学生创业在学校里面也已经不再是一个新话题，面对创业成功，本文会提出与创业环境相关的对策和建议，促进应届毕业生对于创业意识的强化和加深，成功的创业，能促进国家经济和社会稳定的发展。 关键词：创业环境； 宏观环境； 微观环境；创业能力; Abstract Chinas rapid economic development in recent years, the labor demand is also gradually declined, the number of university graduates continues to increase, more and more college students employment pressure. Country has introduced various policies to encourage entrepreneurial business students, entrepreneurs in the new era has become a new way to solve the employment of many students. In various factors entrepreneurship, the entrepreneurial environment and in some aspects of entrepreneurship among university students has great influence. Entrepreneurial environment can be divided into macro environment and micro environment, improve the environment, the ability to grasp and adaptability, which in turn is essential to the success of the venture led to an important part. However, to face and how to capitalize on these entrepreneurial environment, this paper will mainly macro environment and micro environment analysis and elaboration. College Students entrepreneurship in school also is no longer a new topic, facing entrepreneurial success, this paper will propose countermeasures and suggestions related to the environment and entrepreneurship, promote entrepreneurship graduates to strengthen and deepen awareness, successful entrepreneurs, to promote the countrys economic development and social stability.
