In 1999, the Ministry of Education issued a 21st Century Education Revitalization Action Plan was formally implemented in Higher Education enrollment policy. So far, Chinas higher education officially embarked on by the elite education to popular education transformation of the road. In recent years, an increasing number of college graduates, college graduates have become increasingly prominent contradiction between supply and demand, the employment situation is getting grim, Graduates Employment has become a widespread social concerns. Community college students have started to analyze the reasons for the difficult employment problem, the solution, along with the deepening of exploration, employee leasing into peoples vision. Employee leasing system as a new way of human resource allocation, one can reasonably optimal allocation of human resources, ease the c
