2 摘 要 首都经济圈出台后，京津冀地区希望达到一个资源平衡，区域经济协调发展的局面。在其中，首都北京地区需要进行资源分散，实现重点企业产业转移，使资金和人才技术随之转移，而河北省的大部分市县也迫切希望承接部分适合自己的企业产业，同时得到发展资金的注入和人才的流入。 赤城县作为其中的受益者之一，需要区域经济一体化带来的市场及相关资源，同时也需要谋划出一条属于自己的发展道路，因此本文针对赤城县在首都经济圈的大方向大背景下对赤城县自身经济基础和发展条件及未来趋势作出了研究，进行了编制。 本文通过对全县概况和产业经济概况作出了研究，明确了产业结构，分析了赤城县资源优劣势和目前发展机遇，得出了后续编制的思路，对工业和农业进行了简单的研究，重点对旅游业进行分析得出结论。 关键词：首都经济圈；产业规划；旅游业；赤城县 3 Abstract The capital economic circle, hope to achieve a resource balance beijing-tianjin-hebei region, the situation of regional economic coordinated development.
