前台接待实习报告优秀 两个月的服务台接接待员岗位实习很快过去了了，在这段时间里，我收获获了很多，不论是理论的学学习还是实际的工作，现在在的我，对自己的岗位有了了一个全面、较深层次的了了解，随着实习的深入进行行、知识的不断积累，我的的接触面越来越广，对于问问题的思考程度也日渐加深深。实习过程中，上级领导导多次的沟通与指导，是我我不断进取的动力，无形中中加强了我对做好这份工作作的信心与勇气。总结这两两个月以来的点点滴滴，感感触颇多： 一、角色认识识 这段时间，我的主要实实习岗位是服务台接待员，，因此对于这份工作认识最最深刻：服务台接待员是商商场的窗口岗位，与顾客接接触最多，也最直接，个人人的言行举止关系着整个商商场的形象，服务的态度同同样向外界传达的是整个商商场的…… 1、沟通能力力提高 2、突发事件应变能力提高高 3、工作独独立处理能力提高 4、服务意识提提高 (二)实习体会会 1、自身不足与缺点 2、就业前景 9000多家，酒酒店人才缺口超过10万。。而且现在大部分的酒店基基层员工大部分都是以中专专或大专的学历居多。我认认为现在的酒店行业缺少的的依然是高学历的专业人才才。但是，就算拥有高学历历，依然是无法成为一名管管理人员的。作为一名管理理人员还是必须有多年的工工作经验。其中，一线工作作经验是十分重要的。所以以，作为即将毕业的大学生生来说，绝对不可以眼高手手低，必须作好接受挑战的的心理准备。 (三)实实习想法和建议 1、想法法 quality.
