郑州大学西亚斯国际学院 本科毕业论文 题 目 会计信息失真问题研究 指导教师 张红丽 职称 会计师 学生姓名 徐苏媛 学号 201210221042 专 业 会计学 班级 十班 院 （系） 商学院会计系 完成时间 2016 年 4月21日  会计信息失真问题研究 摘 要 会计信息是企业通过会计实践获得的反映会计主体经济运营状况的表现形式，会计信息的真实有效性直接影响到企业的运营和管理。随着我国经济的迅猛发展，经济体制的不断完善，会计信息的失真问题屡见不鲜，这对我国经济秩序构成了严重威胁。本文主要介绍了会计信息的相关理论及会计信息失真的分类，通过对云南绿大地事件的研究得出会计信息失真主要有虚构交易事实、虚报财务情况、利用违法手段融资上市、会计核算不规范，财务管理混乱这四种表现形式，然后分析造成这些会计信息失真的原因是内部治理机制混乱、中介机构存在合谋问题、法治建设不到位、政府监督体系不安全等。在对实践研究中提出相应对策来减少会计信息失真问题对国家秩序构成的威胁。 关键词 会计信息/会计信息失真/治理对策 the discuss about the distortion of the accounting information ABSTRACT A Accounting information is a form of the accounting practice of accounting to refect the momvenment of the main of economic information.The reality and effective of the accounting information can directly affect the companys’ operations and mangment.It’s often seen the distortion of accounting information in our country,along with the rapid development of the economic and the system of economic constantly improve and perfect.It has been on the national economic order to pose a serious threat to.Therefore,it’s essential to do some researches on the present of the distortion of accounting information in listed company.In that,we can find the cause of the distortion of the accounting information.Combined with the current market circumstances and posed a great resolvent.Which is a significance to the company develop.This paper introduces the related theory of accounting information,and the classify of the distortion of accounting information.
