摘 要 股指期货是一种把股票指数作为标的物的金融期货。自从1982年诞生以来，股指期货的发展极为迅速，品种交易规模不断增加，目前是国际金融市场上重要的衍生工具。随着我国证券市场的发展完善，缘于规避股票现货市场的系统风险和活跃证券市场的需要，我国股指期货交易也呼之欲出，目前证券市场内对此问题的计论也极为热烈。作为一种金融衍生工具，股指期货的推出有什么影响？在我国推出的条件如何? 关键词：股指期货 背景与发展 影响 推出原因 推出条件 ABSTRACT Stock index futures are the stock index as the subject of the financial futures. Since the birth of 1982,the stock index futures had grown very rapidly，and the size of transactions had increased. It is a very important tool which is derived from the stock market now. With the nice development of securities market in china, in order to obv
