咨询企业价值评估分析 摘要 发现、判断和增加企业价值是市场经济中与企业相关的人们普遍关心的三大问题。企业价值评估是资产评估行业的一项主要业务，也是证券分析、投资银行等相关行业十分关注的内容。本文以转型经济条件下咨询企业价值评估为研究对象，在反思我国咨询企业价值评估以成本法为中心的评估理论和实践的基础上，探讨了与企业价值评估关联的理论和方法，突出了无形资产对企业价值的贡献，强调期权模型在弥补传统评估方法的不足和适应新经济特征的优势，并对企业价值评估的应用方法进行总结。本文探讨了几种企业价值评估方法及其利弊，介绍并分析了咨询企业价值评估的现状及对其未来发展方向做出建议。 关键词:企业价值；价值评估；影响因素 Abstract Found judgment and increase enterprise value is associated with the enterprise in the market economy, people are generally concerned about three issues.
