三峡大学 硕士学位论文 可持续激励研究 姓名：杨雪锋 申请学位级别：硕士 专业：马克思主义理论与思想政治教育 指导教师：陈少岚  内容摘要 激励是一个多学科研究的课题，也是一个常谈常新的问题。作为思想政治工作 的重要原理和方法，激励理论与激励模式在改革开放向纵深推进的当今中国需要新 的发展。以此为背景，在对中外激励理论进行全面学术清理的基础上，提出可持续 激励的观点，初步构建社会主义市场经济条件下有中国特色的激励理论框架。可持 续激励论融合了西方激励理论的合理成分、中国传统文化精髓和马克思主义激励思 想，借鉴了可持续发展理论和人本哲学，从更具现实性的人性假设出发，将人的激 励置于一个动态变化的环境之中，在此前提下，探讨激励活动“阻滞”机制以及可 持续激励的可能性及表现形式，分解激励的各个环节，剖析激励的作用机理及外部 条件，提出可持续激励的目标是实现自我激励，从心理结构和个人与组织关系互动 两个方面优化心理活动机制，并对激励要素和激励因子作深入分析，从而完成对激 励的动态、系统、全方位的研究，最终形成可持续激励模式，即构建“全维动态激 励系统”模型。本文着力解决唯物史观的激励学说与人性激励理论的差异与契合、 激励的可持续性这两大难题。最后运用可持续激励论的基本观点对高校教师思想政 治工作有关问题做出应用性分析。 关键词：激励可持续激励全维动态激励系统 II  Abstract Motivation is an issue which is researched in multi-disciplines, and as an important principle and method of ideological work，the theory of motivation and the model of motivation need be innovated in China in the new era when the human-oriented concept is becoming accepted by more and more people. First, based on the documents about the theory of motivation covering management science，economics，psychology and education science home and abroad, the new opinion of sustainable motivation which is identified by the target of self-motivation，is presented. Second, in the research of new idea, some basic problems including the major concepts such as motivation，need and motive, the theoretical foundation referred to the motivation idea of Marxism and humanism philosophy , the hypothesis of the new theory and its importance are all examined. Especially，the human hypothesis，as the logical starting point of motivation theory，is sufficiently illustrated. In addition，the mechanism of obstacle in the motivation activities is also examined，which is useful to the further research of sustainable motivation.
