中心静脉导管胸腔闭式引流联合负压吸引治疗自发性气胸的临床疗效及其并发症分析 　　doi：10.3969/j.issn.1007-614x.2014.16.17 　　摘 要 目的：探讨中心静脉导管胸腔闭式引流联合负压吸引治疗自发性气胸的临床疗效及安全性。方法：近20年收治自发性气胸患者100例，随机分为观察组和对照组各50例。对照组采用传统粗硅胶管闭式引流治疗，观察组实行中心静脉导管胸腔闭式引流联合负压吸引治疗，观察两组患者的临床疗效。结果：观察组患者的总有效率98.0%，对照组的总有效率94.0%，两组比较差异无统计学意义（P0.05）。观察组的并发症发生少，与对照组相比差异显著（P0.05）。结论：中心静脉导管胸腔闭式引流联合负压吸引治疗自发性气胸临床疗效好，明显改善患者的临床症状，并发症发生率小，显著提高患者的生活质量。 　　关键词 中心静脉导管胸腔闭式引流 负压吸引 自发性气胸 临床疗效 并发症 　　Analysis of clinical efficacy and complications of central venous catheter closed drainage of pleural cavity combined with negative pressure suction in the treatment of spontaneous pneumothorax 　　Dong Guangbao，Wang Yongjiao 　　The Fourth Peoples Hospital of Zhangqiu City，Shandong 250214 　　Abstract Objective：To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of central venous catheter closed drainage of pleural cavity combined with negative pressure suction in the treatment of spontaneous pneumothorax.Methods：100 cases with spontaneous pneumothorax were selected in the past 20 years.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 50 cases in each.The control group were treated with conventional thick silica gel catheter closed drainage，while the observation group was treated with central venous catheter closed drainage of pleural cavity combined with negative pressure suction.We observed the clinical efficacy of two groups of patients.Results：In the observation group，the total efficiency was 98%.In the control group，the total efficiency was 94%.There was no significant difference（P0.05）.In the observation group，complication was little.Compared with the control group，the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：The clinical efficacy of central venous catheter closed drainage of pleural cavity combined with negative pressure suction in the treatment of spontaneous pneumothorax is good.The complication rate is low.It can obviously improve the clinical symptoms of patients，and the quality of life of the patients.
