个性化健康教育对糖尿病患者的影响   [摘要] 目的 观察个性化健康教育对糖尿病患者遵医行为、血糖控制及生活质量的影响。 方法 选择360例糖尿病患者,随机分为观察组及对照组各180例,观察组采用个性化健康教育模式,对照组采用常规健康宣教模式,对两组遵医率、血糖控制进行比较,观察组间是否存在差异。 结果 在健康宣教1个月后,两组患者的遵医行为、血糖控制均较宣教前有一定改善,但观察组的遵医行为、血糖控制明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。 结论 对糖尿病患者实行个性化健康教育,可以提高其遵医行为及生活质量,维持血糖的正常水平,改善整体护理质量,值得临床推广应用。   [关键词] 个性化健康教育;糖尿病;临床护理;效果观察   [中图分类号] R587.1 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1674-4721(2014)08(a)-0135-04   Influence of individualized health education on diabetics   JIANG Li1 HE Jian-bing2   1.The First Department of Internal Medicine,People′s Hospital of Longhua New District in Shenzhen City,Shenzhen 518009,China;2.Community Health Service Center,Guanlan People′s Hospital of Longhua New District in Shenzhen City,Shenzhen 518100,China   [Abstract] Objective To observe the influences of individualized health education on treatment compliance,blood glucose control,and quality of life in diabetics. Methods Three hundred and sixty diabetics were evenly divided into observation group and control group in randomly.In the observation group,the individualized health education was provided, while in the control group, he conventional health education was adopted.The rate of treatment compliance and blood glucose control in the two groups were compared and whether there were significant differences between groups was observed. Results After one-month health education,treatment compliance and blood glucose control certainly improved in both groups compared with those before,but these two indexes in the observation group were obviously superior to those in the control group, which displayed statistical significances (P0.05). Conclusion Implementation of individualized health education in diatetics can improve their treatment compliance and qualities of life,maintain blood glucose in normal level,and better the overall nursing quality,which is worthy of expansion in clinic.
