个性化护理服务模式在产科护理中的应用及效果分析 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨个性化护理服务模式在产科患者中的应用效果。 方法 选取2012年9~12月在本院产科住院分娩的产妇150例作为对照组，选取2013年1~4月在本院产科住院分娩的产妇150例作为观察组，对照组实施常规护理服务，观察组实施个性化护理服务，观察并比较两组产妇的总产程时间、妊娠结局及满意度。 结果 观察组的产程时间短于对照组（P0.05），妊娠结局优于对照组（P0.05或P0.01），满意度总分高于对照组（P0.01）。 结论 在产科开展个性化护理服务、可缩短产程、改善妊娠结局、融洽护患关系、提高患者满意度。 　　[关键词] 个性化护理；产科；应用效果 　　[中图分类号] R473.71[文献标识码] B[文章编号] 1674-4721（2014）06（b）-0111-03 　　 　　Application and effect analysis of personalized nursing mode in obstetrical nursing 　　LIAO Yan-wen LIANG Hao LIANG Ling-hua 　　Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Luoding City in Guangdong Province,Luoding 527200,China 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore the application effect of personalized nursing mode in patients in department of obstetrics. Methods 150 parturients who were admitted to the department of obstetrics in our hospital from September to December 2012 were allocated to the control group,and another 150 parturients who were admitted to the department of obstetrics in our hospital from January to April 2013 were allocated to the observation group.The control group received regular nursing care, while the observation group received customized nursing care.Total stage of labor, pregnancy outcome and satisfaction rate in the two groups were observed and compared. Results The time of stage of labor in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group (P0.05);pregnancy outcome of the observation group was better than that of the control group (P0.05 or P0.01);total satisfaction degree score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P0.01).
