聚乙二醇电解质散和甘露醇在肠镜前肠道准备中的应用效果对比观察 　　[摘要] 目的 评价聚乙二醇电解质散和甘露醇在肠镜前肠道准备中的应用效果。 方法 选取2007年7月～2013年7月在本院行肠镜检查的患者420例，随机分为两组，其中观察组210例，采用聚乙二醇电解质散进行肠道准备，对照组210例，采用甘露醇进行肠道准备，观察并比较两组的肠道清理程度、初次排便时间、末次排便时间及不良反应发生率。 结果 两组的肠道清理程度比较差异无统计学意义（P0.05）。观察组的初次排便时间为（1.3±0.2） h，末次排便时间为（3.4±0.3） h；对照组的初次排便时间为（2.3±0.5） h，末次排便时间为（6.4±0.7） h；两组的初次排便时间和末次排便时间比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。观察组的不良发应发生率为1.4%，低于对照组的13.3%，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 聚乙二醇电解质散应用于肠道准备的排便时间短，不良反应少，值得临床推广应用。 　　[关键词] 聚乙二醇电解质散；甘露醇；肠道准备 　　[中图分类号] R616.2[文献标识码] A[文章编号] 1674-4721（2014）06（a）-0045-03 　　 　　Application effect comparative observation of polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder and mannitol in bowel preparation before colonoscopy 　　HU Yan 　　Department of Gastroenterology,Hanwang People′s Hospital of Mianzhu City in Sichuan Province,Mianzhu 618201,China 　　[Abstract] Objective To evaluate application effect of polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder and mannitol in bowel preparation before colonoscopy.
