甘肃省兰州市自然地质灾害危险性评价 摘 要 兰州市位于陇西黄土高原西部甘肃省中部，是在中国自然地质灾害最严重的城市。据统计，全世界每年由于自然地质灾害造成死亡的是各种自然灾害引起死亡的人数比例的四分之一。从1949年的数据统计，得出在兰州的自然地质灾害引起的死亡人数约为660人以上，直接造成的经济损失金额约为7.56亿元。随着经济和社会的发展和自然环境的破坏，发生的频率和自然地质灾害的规模在兰州逐年增加，给人民生命财产安全带来了极大的危害。 在应对自然地质灾害的过程中，虽然我们不能完全避免，但是可以以防治为主，治理与避让为辅的原则，及早行动，制定相应措施，具体落实责任，积极夯实自然地质灾害的防治工作，以治理和防范相结合的原则。如生物治理，退耕还林，退牧还草，合理搬迁避让，同时要积极申报治理各个问题，通过问题治理解决。减少自然地质灾害，改善居住环境，自然环境。 关键词：兰州 自然地质灾害 经济损失 逐年增加 治理 RISK EVALUATION OF GEOLOGICAL DISASTERS IN GANSU CITY OF LANZHOU PROVINCE Abstract Lanzhou city is located in the central western part of Gansu province Longxi Loess Plateau， is the most serious geological disasters China city. The annual death toll caused by geological disasters of all kinds of natural disasters caused by the deaths of 1/4. The occurrence of geological disaster is not good governance but we can giving priority to prevention， avoidance and management of a combination of principle， to catch early move fast， formulate measures， implement the responsibility， do a solid job in the prevention of geological disaster prevention and management， in line with the principle of combining， in addition to the use of biological control (returning farmland to forest grass)， combined with the relocation， a positive declaration management project， through the project management， reduce the losses caused by disasters， improve the living environment.
