SHANDONG ＵＮＩＶＥＲＳＩＴＹ　ＯＦ　ＴＥＣＨＮＯＬＯＧＹ 毕业论文 跨国公司现金和应收账款管理研究 摘要 随着经济全球化进程的加快，跨国经营成为一种日渐普遍的经营方式。跨国公司现金是公司的血液，在公司中起着举足轻重的作用，同时，跨国公司应收账款管理在各跨国公司在全球经济一体化进程进一步加快，赊销成为占有市场份额的一种有效的销售方式下同样发挥着不容小视的作用。然而，现阶段，跨国公司经营还没有完全成熟，对现金和应收账款管理的具体措施还没有完全的掌握，并且比较容易受到国际经营环境的影响，也没有对跨国公司现金和应收账款管理建立一个稳定的管理模式。因此，本文选择进行对跨国公司现金和应收账款管理两个方面进行研究，通过分析现阶段在管理方面出现的问题，进而实现对跨国公司现金和应收账款管理质的飞跃，保证实现价值最大化地目标。 本文首先阐述了进行跨国公司现金和应收账款管理的客观必然性，然后分析了在现阶段管理过程中出现的问题，最后提出解决问题的对策，希望能够对跨国公司现金和应收管理两个方面提供有价值的帮助。 关键词：跨国公司，现金，应收账款，管理 Abstract As the development of economic globalization, Multinational Corporation has increasingly become one common mode of operation. Cash in multinational corporation is as blood in the body, playing a very important role in the multinational corporation, meanwhile, integration with the global economy is becoming faster and faster, sale on account has been one effective selling way to occupying more place in the world, accounts receivable in multinational corporation is showing its significant way as well as cash. However, nowadays, multinational corporation has not been mature, specific measures has not been mastered in cash and accounts receivable; what is more, the two aspects is quite vulnerable to the international business environments, what makes things worse, there is no stable management mode to find to the changeable business environments. Therefore, this paper selects cash and accounts receivable in Multinational Corporation to study, master the present problems in management, trying the best to find the feasible solution, guarantee to receivable a qualitative leap and achieve maximum value to the target. This article expounds the necessity to master an adaptive way for cash management and accounts receivable in multinational corporation, then analyzes the present problems in management process, and finally proposes solutions to those problems， and the most important thing is to provide valuable help to cash and account receivable management in multinationa
