醒脑静注射液对急性脑出血患者血清IL-8、IL-10的影响以及与血肿周围低密度的关系 梅琳琳 沈阳松辽中医院，沈阳 辽宁 摘要：目的：探讨醒脑静注射液对急性脑出血患者血清IL-8、IL-10的影响以及与血肿周围低密度的关系。方法：选取我院收治的急性脑出血患者150例，根据治疗方法的不同，分为对照组，予常规降低颅内压控制血压，保护脑细胞治疗；实验组在对照组的基础上加以醒脑静注射液。治疗后，观察并比较两组患者的临床疗效，神经功能情况，血清IL-8、IL-10水平，以及血肿情况。结果：治疗后与对照相相比，实验组的临床疗效较高(P＜0.05)，神经功能缺损较轻(P＜0.05)，血清IL-8、IL-10水平较低(P＜0.05)，血肿周围密度改善(P＜0.05)。结论：醒脑静注射液能够降低血清IL-8、IL-10水平，改善血肿周围密度，降低神经功能损伤，提高临床疗效。 关键词：醒脑静注射液，急性脑出血，IL-8，IL-10，血肿周围密度 Effect of the serum IL-8 and IL-10 and the low density of hematoma by Xingnaojing Injection in patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage Abstract: objective:To investigate the effect of the serum IL-8 and IL-10 and the low density of hematoma by Xingnaojing Injection in patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage.Method 150 patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage from our hospital were selected and divided into the control group and the experiment group by different treatment.The control group were treated by routine reduction of intracranial pressure control blood pressure, protection of brain cells and the experiment were treated on the base of the control group with the Xingnaojing Injection.The clinical efficacy, neurological function, serum IL-8, IL-10 levels, and hematoma were compared after treatment.Result Compared with the control group,the clinical curative effect were higher,(P＜0.05) ,the nervous function defect were lower,(P＜0.05) ,the serum IL-8 and IL-10 levels were lower, (P＜0.05),the density of hematoma were better,(P＜0.05) .Conclusion: Xingnaojing injection can decrease the level of serum IL-8 and IL-10, improve the density around the hematoma and reduce neurological damage, improve the clinical efficacy.
