How to Make Roast Turkey Breast Procedures: 1. Preheat oven to 450°F. 2. Put the turkey breast on a rack in a roasting pan. 3. Brush turkey with butter, then season with salt and black pepper. 4. Roast for 1 hour, basting twice with stock every 15 minutes. 5. When thermometer reads 155°F, remove the turkey from the oven. 6. Cover with foil for 10 minutes before serving.
