人性化护理在产科中的应用效果 　　[摘要] 目的 研究人性化护理在产科护理中的护理效果，为临床提供依据。 方法 选取2014年9月～2015年9月我院诊治的118例产妇资料进行分析，根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组和实验组，各59例。对照组采用常规方法护理，实验组实施人性化护理，比较两组护理效果。 结果 两组产妇护理前焦虑、抑郁评分比较，差异无统计学意义（P0.05）；实验组护理后焦虑、抑郁评分显著低于对照组（P0.05）；实验组护理满意率为94.92%，显著高于对照组的76.27%（P0.05）；实验组自然分娩率、母乳喂养率均显著高于对照组（P0.05）；实验组剖宫产率及人工喂养率显著低于对照组（P0.05）。 结论 产科护理过程中实施人性化护理效果理想，能够减轻产妇焦虑度和疼痛度，提高护理满意率，值得推广应用。 　　[关键词] 人性化护理；产科护理；护理效果 　　[中图分类号] R248.3 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2016）05（a）-0180-03 　　Application effect of humanistic nursing in obstetrics 　　GUO Shan 　　Department of Obsterical，the First People′s Hospital of Zhengzhou City，Zhengzhou 450000，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To study the nursing effect of humanistic nursing in obstetric care and provide the basis for clinical practice. Methods From September 2014 to September 2015，data from 118 puerperae treated in our hospital were selected and analyzed.They were evenly divided into control group and experimental group by a random number table.In the control group，regular nursing was adopted，while in the experimental group，humanistic nursing was applied.The nursing effect in the two groups was compared. Results There was no significant difference in score of anxiety or depression （P0.05）.In the experimental group，the scores of anxiety and depression after nursing were greatly lower in comparison with those in the control group （P0.05）.The nursing satisfaction in the experimental group was 94.92 %，significantly higher than that of control group accounting for 76.27% （P0.05）.The rates of natural birth and breastfeeding in the experimental group were much higher than those of control group （P0.05）.The rates of cesarean section and artificial feeding were remarkably lower compared with those in the control group （P0.05）. Conclusion In the process of obstetric care，application of humanistic nursing can obtain a favorable effect.It can alleviate anxiety and depression as well as pain in puerperae and increase nursing satisfaction，which is worthy of promotio
