疏肝化瘀汤治疗气滞血瘀型原发性痛经的临床疗效观察 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨疏肝化瘀汤治疗气滞血瘀型原发性痛经的临床效果。 方法 选取本院2014年9月～2015年9月收治的77例气滞血瘀型痛经患者作为研究对象，随机分为对照组（n=38）与观察组（n=39）。对照组给予七制香附丸治疗，观察组给予疏肝化瘀汤治疗。比较两组的治疗效果、治疗前后血液流变学情况及不良反应发生率。 结果 观察组的总有效率为87.2%，显著高于对照组的68.4%，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 疏肝化瘀汤治疗气滞血瘀型原发性痛经效果显著，可有效改善子宫动脉血流及血液流变学情况，不良反应发生率低，值得临床推广应用。 　　[关键词] 疏肝化瘀汤；七制香附丸；气滞血瘀；原发性痛经 　　[中图分类号] R271.11+3 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2016）04（c）-0119-03 　　Clinical effect obseruation of Shugan Huayu decoction in the treatment of primary dysmenorrheal of qi stagnation and blood stasis type 　　ZHUANG Hui-qin 　　Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital of Shanwei City in Guangdong Province，Shanwei 516600，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore the clinical effect of Shugan Huayu decoction in the treatment of primary dysmenorrheal of qi stagnation and blood stasis type. Methods 77 patients with primary dysmenorrheal of qi stagnation and blood stasis type from September 2014 to September 2015 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the control group （n=38） and the observation group （n=39）.The control group was treated with Qizhi Xiangfu pill，the observation group was treated with Shugan Huayu decoction.The treatment effect，change situation of hemorheology before and after treatment and the incidence rate of adverse reaction in the two groups was compared. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 87.2%，which was higher than 68.4% in the control group，with significant difference （P0.05）.
