经阴道彩色多普勒超声在诊断子宫内膜癌中的临床价值 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨经阴道彩色多普勒超声（TVCDS）对判断子宫内膜癌患者有无肌层浸润和浸润程度的临床价值。方法 收集我院2009年1月～2013年4月共40例经手术证实的子宫内膜癌病例的TVCDS图像，测量子宫内膜形态、内膜与基础交界面弱回声晕的完整性，观察病灶的部位、大小、回声、边缘是否规整及内部血流，判断肌层浸润深度，并将TVCDS诊断与手术病理结果对照。 结果 TVCDS对子宫内膜癌肌层浸润的判断和分期的符合率分别为82.5%（33/40）和87.5%（35/40）；随着肌层浸润程度加深，肿块血供越丰富（r=0.750，P0.01）。 结论 TVCDS对子宫内膜癌的术前分期与预后判断提供可靠依据，显示了良好的临床价值。 　　[关键词] 经阴道彩色多普勒超声；子宫内膜癌；肌层浸润深度；肿瘤分期 　　[中图分类号] R737.33 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2016）13-0113-04 　　Clinical value of transvaginal color doppler ultrasound in diagnosis of endometrial carcinoma 　　MA Sisi1 LIN Xiaoling2 YE Feng1 　　1.Department of Ultrasonography，Dingli Clinical School of Wenzhou Medical University， the Central Hospital of Wenzhou City in Zhejiang Province， Wenzhou 325000， China； 2.The Center for Prenatal Diagnosis of Wenzhou City in Zhejiang Province， Wenzhou 325000， China 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the clinical value of preoperative transvaginal color Doppler sonography （TVCDS） in diagnosing of endometrial carcinomao and judging the extent of muscularis infiltrating by tumor. Methods Forty patients with endometrial carcinoma proven by surgical operation in our hospital from Jaunary 2009 to April 2013 were included in the study. The lesions were observed，including the location，size，echo，the regularity and integrity of the edge and inside blood flow. The extent of muscularis infiltrating by tumor was judged. And the diagnostic results of TVCDS and the operative pathology were compared. Results The conformity rate of TVCDS in diagnosing and staging endometrial carcinoma were 82.5%（33/40） and 87.5%（35/40），respectively； stage of endometrial carcinoma had positive correlation with blood supply（r=0.750， P0.01）.
