综合性护理对肛瘘患者术后疼痛及尿潴留的效果研究 　　【摘要】 目的：研究肛瘘手术后患者实施综合性护理措施，对其手术后疼痛与尿潴留情况的影响。方法：将笔者所在医院2015年1月-2016年 　　1月收治的40例肛瘘患者按照入院先后顺序将其划分为一般组20例与综合组20例，一般组患者接受手术常规护理流程，综合组接受综合性护理干预措施，观察两组患者术后疼痛感与尿潴留发生情况。结果：一般组患者无痛、轻度、中度及重度疼痛等例数所占比例分别为0、40%、35%、25%，综合组分别为0、65%、25%、10%，一般组患者轻度疼痛百分比低于综合组，重度疼痛百分比高于综合组，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。一般组患者中有7例（35%）出现尿潴留情况，综合组出现1例（5%），差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。综合组满意度高于一般组，差异有统计学意义（P=0.00）。结论：对肛瘘术后患者实施综合性护理干预措施，大部分患者表示对临床服务感到满意且患者术后疼痛度缓解情况较好，尿潴留发生率相应较低。 　　【关键词】 综合性护理； 肛瘘； 疼痛； 尿潴留 　　中图分类号 R473.6 文献标识码 B 文章编号 1674-6805（2016）27-0057-03 　　Clinical Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Care on the Pain Degree and Incidence Rate of Urinary Retention after the Operation of Anal Fistula/CHEN Le-yi，XU Li-hong，JIN Li-li.//Chinese and Foreign Medical Research，2016，14（27）：57-59 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To study the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing care in the pain degree and incidence rate of urinary retention after the operation of anal fistula.Method：40 patients with anal fistula treated from January 2015 to January 2016 in our hospital were selected.
