胃癌连带性贫血与胃癌临床病理特点的相关性分析 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨胃癌连带性贫血贫血与胃癌临床病特点的关联性。方法 选取2014年4月―2015年4月该院收治的30例胃癌患者，收集入选病例的血常规、胃癌临床病理组织学分型、胃癌分期、胃癌分型以及胃癌细胞分化程度等相关数据。 结果 胃癌病例组织学分型与贫血发生率无关联性（P=0.017），χ2=0.9367，r=0.912；胃癌临床分型与贫血发生率有相关性（P0.05），χ2=28.365，r=0.201；胃癌病理分期与贫血程度有关联性（P=0.002），χ2=5.2473，r=0.656；胃癌细胞分化程度与贫血无相关性（P=0.032），χ2=0.5473，r=0.013。结论 胃癌的病例组织学分型和胃癌细胞分化程度与胃癌连带性贫血无关联性，而与胃癌临床病理分型和胃癌病例临床分期有关联性。 　　[关键词] 胃癌连带性贫血；胃癌病理特点；相关性 　　[中图分类号] R735.2 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2015）12（a）-0076-02 　　[Abstract] Objective To study the correlation of gastric cancer associated anemia and clinical and pathological characteristics of gastric cancer. Methods 30 cases of patients with gastric cancer treated in our hospital from April 2014 to April 2015 were selected and their blood routine， clinical histopathological classification of gastric cancer， gastric cancer staging， gastric cancer subgroups and gastric cancer cell differentiation degree and other related data were collected. Results The type of gastric cancer patients was not associated with the incidence of anemia （P=0.017），χ2=0.9367，r=0.912； clinical classification of gastric cancer was associated with the incidence of anemia （P0.05）， χ2=28.365，r=0.201； the pathological stage of gastric cancer was associated with the degree of anemia （P=0.002）， χ2=5.2473，r=0.656； the differentiation degree of gastric cancer cells was not associated with anemia （P=0.032）， χ2=0.5473，r=0.013. Conclusion Cases of gastric cancer and differentiation degree of gastric cancer cells were not associated with gastric cancer associated anemia， but was associated with clinical pathological classification and clinical staging of gastric cancer. 　　[Key words] Gastric cancer associated anemia；Pathological characteristics of gastric cancer；Correlation 　　胃癌在我国各种癌症的发病率中一直处于首位，发病年龄段大多分布于50岁以上，诱发胃癌的地域环境、饮食习惯、幽门螺杆菌感染、遗传等因素[1]。胃癌患者多出现恶心、呕吐、消化道溃疡、体重减轻、胃部疼痛等症状，随着胃癌病情逐渐恶化，上消化道症状日益明显，会出现腹部疼痛、进食饱胀感明显、四肢乏力[2]。胃癌发病其间一般会伴有连带性贫血，这是常见的胃癌并发症，是直接关系到胃癌患者生命健康的重要因素[3]。目前国内外关于胃癌与贫血的关联性做出了细致而广泛的
