胃镜下注射治疗消化性溃疡并急性上消化道出血的临床疗效分析 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨胃镜下注射治疗消化性溃疡并急性上消化道出血的临床疗效。 方法 方便选取该院在2014年6月―2016年6月收治的102例消化性溃疡并急性上消化道出血患者作为研究对象，按照患者来院的就诊顺序将其分为观察和对照两组，每组51例。给予对照组患者胃镜下病灶部位药物喷洒治疗，而给予观察组患者胃镜下病灶部位药物注射治疗。比较两组患者经过不同治疗方法前后的总体疗效评价。结果 比较两组患者在治疗前后的总体治疗效果，观察组的治疗总有效率（96%）显著高于对照（78%），差异具有统计学意义（χ2=7.24，P0.05）。结论 对消化性溃疡并急性上消化道出血患者采用胃镜下注射治疗，可显著提高治疗效果，促进患者早日康复。 　　[关键词] 胃镜下注射；消化性溃疡；急性上消化道出血；临床疗效 　　[中图分类号] R573.1 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2016）10（a）-0093-03 　　Clinical Observation of Endoscopic Injection in the Treatment of Peptic Ulcer Complicated with Acute Upper Gastrointestinal Hemorrhage 　　LI Yu-jing 　　Department of Gastroenterology Jilin Provincial Peoples Hospital， Changchun， Jilin Province ，130021 China 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the clinical effect of endoscopic injection in the treatment of peptic ulcer complicated with acute upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage. Methods Convenient selection 102 cases of peptic ulcer and acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding were selected in our hospital from June 2014 to June 2016. The patients were divided into observation group and control group according to the order of the patients in the hospital. The two groups were divided into two groups. The control group were given drug spraying treatment， while the observation group were given drug injection treatment under the control group. The total effect of two groups of patients after different treatment methods were compared. Results Treatment were compared between the two groups in the overall treatment effect before and after treatment， the observation group in the total efficiency （96%） was significantly higher than that of the control （78%）， the difference is statistically significant （χ2=7.24， P 0.05）. Conclusion In patients with peptic ulcer and acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding treated by endoscopic injection， can significantly improve the treatment effect， promote the recovery of patients at an early date. 　　[Key words] Endoscopic injection； Peptic ulcer； Acut
