艾普拉唑联合莫沙比利治疗反流性食管炎80例分析 　　[摘要]目的 探讨艾普拉唑联合莫沙必利治疗反流性食管炎的临床效果。方法 选取2015年12月～2016年6月在我院就诊治疗的80例反流性食管炎患者作为观察组，给予艾普拉唑联合莫沙必利治疗。选取同期在我院就诊治疗的80例反流性食管炎患者作为对照组，给予奥美拉唑联合莫沙必利治疗，比较两组的治疗效果。结果 观察组的总有效率为97.5%，显著高于对照组的85.0%，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。两组治疗后的胸骨后烧灼感、反酸、胸骨后疼痛等症状评分显著低于治疗前，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。观察组治疗后的胸骨后烧灼感、反酸、胸骨后疼痛等症状评分显著低于对照组治疗后，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。观察组的胸骨后烧灼感、反酸、胸骨后疼痛等症状缓解时间显著短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。两组的并发症均未影响治疗，所有患者均康复，安全性高。结论 艾普拉唑联合莫沙必利治疗反流性食管炎临床效果确切，能促进患者恢复，临床应用价值显著。 　　[关键词]艾普拉唑；莫沙必利；联合；反流性食管炎 　　[中图分类号] R571 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2016）10（b）-0117-03 　　[Abstract]Objective To explore the clinical effect of Ilaprazole combined with Mosapride in the treatment of reflux esophagitis.Methods 80 cases of reflux esophagitis from December 2015 to June 2016 in our hospital were selected as the observation group，and who were treated with Ilaprazole combined with and Mosapride.80 cases of reflux esophagitis in the same period in our hospital were selected as the control group，and who were treated with Omeprazole combined with Mosapride.The treatment effect in the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.5%，which was higher than 85.0% of the control group，with significant difference （P0.05）.The symptoms score of retrosternal burning sensation，acid regurgitation，chest pain and others after treatment in the two groups was lower than that before treatment，with significant difference （P0.05）.The symptoms score of retrosternal burning sensation，acid regurgitation，chest pain and others after treatment in the observation group was lower than that in the control group after treatment，with significant difference （P0.05）.The symptom relief time of retrosternal burning sensation，acid regurgitation，chest pain and others in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group，with significant difference （P0.05）.The complications of the two groups did not affect the treatment，all patients were recovered，with high safety.Conclusion Ilaprazole comb
