蒙特利尔认知评估量表在齐齐哈尔社区老年人轻度认知功能障碍筛查中的应用 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨蒙特利尔认知评估量表对齐齐哈尔社区老年人轻度认知功能障碍筛查中的应用。方法：于2015年8-9月在齐齐哈尔铁锋区3个社区?取多阶段随机整群抽样的方法，每个社区抽取2个街道，每个街道抽取1个区，最终选取166例老年人，设为对照组。同期在齐齐哈尔医院神经内科门诊就诊的MCI患者166例，设为MCI组。采用北京版MoCA、简易精神状态量表（MMSE），对所有受试者进行MCI筛查。结果：MCI组MoCA和MMSE总分分别为（22.79±2.47）、（26.85±1.75）分，对照组分别为（26.32±1.13）、（27.93±1.24）分，两组MoCA总分均明显低于MMSE总分（t=11.748，P0.01；t=12.365，P0.01）。MCI组的MoCA总分及各项得分均低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P0.01）。结论：使用MoCA对齐齐哈尔社区老年人认知功能障碍筛查是可行的，并确立了不同文化程度层次的MCI截断值，值得临床推广应用。 　　【关键词】 齐齐哈尔社区； 蒙特利尔认知评估量表； 轻度认知功能障碍 　　中图分类号 R743.9 文献标识码 A 文章编号 1674-6805（2016）16-0001-02 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To explore the application of Montreal cognitive assessment scale in the screening of mild cognitive impairment in the elderly people in Qiqihar community.Method：From August 2015 to September 2015 in Qiqihar Tiefeng district 3 communities by multistage random cluster sampling method，each community was extracted from 2 streets，each of which was extracted from 1 area，and finally，166 cases were selected as the control group.In the same period，166 patients with MCI were diagnosed in the outpatient clinic of the department of internal medicine，Qiqihar hospital，and they were located in the MCI group.Used the Beijing version of MoCA，Mini Mental State Scale（MMSE），all subjects were screened for MCI.Result：The total scores of MoCA and MMSE in group MCI were （22.79±2.47），（26.85±1.75），the control group were （26.32±1.13），（27.93±1.24），the total scores of MoCA in the two groups were significantly lower than those of MMSE（t=11.748，P0.01；t=12.365，P0.01）.The MoCA total score and the scores of MCI group were lower than those of the control group，the differences were statistically significant（P0.01）.Conclusion：It is feasible to use MoCA to screen the cognitive function of the elderly in Qiqihar community，and to establish the MCI cut-off value of different cultural levels，which is worthy of clinical popularization and application. 　　【Key words】 Qiqihar community； Montreal cognitive assessment； Mild cogniti
