解释问题技能在24小时尿标本留取的效果研究
【摘要】 目的 观察解释问题技能对首次24 h尿标本留取操作成功率及患者满意度的影响。方法 137例住院患者随机分为对照组(66例)及实验组(71例), 对照组应用留24 h尿标本常规方法宣教指导, 实验组增加解释问题技能干预, 比较两组患者留取24 h尿标本的成功率以及对护士宣教指导的满意度评分。结果 对照组留取成功51例, 留取成功率77.3%, 实验组留取成功67例, 留取成功率94.4%, 实验组留取成功率较对照组明显升高, 差异有统计学意义(P0.05);收集两组患者的满意度评分, 实验组患者对护士宣教指导的满意度评分(4.6±0.4)分较对照组(4.0±0.7)分升高, 差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论 在首次24 h尿标本留取操作过程中应用解释问题技能可以有效提高首次24 h尿标本留取成功率, 显著增加患者对护士宣教指导的满意度, 有利于护患关系良好发展。

【Abstract】 Objective To observe influence by explaining problem skill on success rate and satisfaction degree in 24 h urine sample maintenance. Methods A total of 137 patients were randomly divided into control group (66 cases) and experimental group (71 cases). The control group received conventional education guidance for 24 h urine sample, and the experimental group received additional explaining problem skill intervention. Comparison was made on success rate of 24 h urine sample and satisfaction degree of nurse education guidance between the two groups. Results There were 51 success cases among the control group, with success rate as 77.3%. There were 67 success cases among the experimental group, with success rate as 94.4%. The experimental group had obviously higher success rate than the control group, and the difference had statistical significance (P0.05). The experimental group had higher satisfaction degree score of nurse education guidance as (4.6±0.4) points than (4.6±0.4) points of the control group, and their difference had statistical significance (P0.05). Conclusion Implement of explaining problem skill in 24 h urine sample maintenance can effectively improve success rate and satisfaction degree of nurse education guidance. This method is helpful for good development of nurse-patient relationship.
