超早期康复护理干预对脑梗死患者患肢功能康复的影响 　　【摘要】 目的：研究超早期康复护理干预对脑梗死患肢肢体功能康复的影响，解读超早期康复护理的工作重点和基本内容。方法：随机选取某院2011年1月-2014年12月收治的80例脑梗死患者，随机分为研究组40例，采用超早期康复护理干预，对照组40例，采用常规护理，对比观察两组患者肢体功能恢复情况，包括运动能力、感知觉能力、行为能力等。结果：研究组护理干预有效率为97.5%，明显优于对照组80.0%，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：超早期康复护理干预对脑梗死患者患肢有针对性的功能促进作用，按摩、用药、针灸等护理措施不但能够改善患肢的疾病状态，还能缩短疾病预后康复时间，值得临床推广与应用。 　　【关键词】 超早期； 康复护理干预； 脑梗死； 患肢功能康复 　　中图分类号 R743.3 文献标识码 B 文章编号 1674-6805（2015）24-0078-02 　　The Effect Rehabilitation of Super Early Rehabilitation Nursing Intervention for Limb Function in Patients with Cerebral Infarction/FANG Mian-li.//Chinese and Foreign Medical Research，2015，13（24）：78-79 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To study the impact of the super early rehabilitation nursing intervention on limb function rehabilitation of cerebral infarction，to read over the emphases and the basic content of early rehabilitation nursing.Method：80 cases with cerebral infarction in a hospital from January 2011 to December 2014 were randomly selected，they were randomly divided into the research group and the control group，40 cases in each group，the research group was taken super early rehabilitation nursing intervention，the control group was taken the conventional nursing，the limb function recovery including motor ability，ability to sense perception，behavior，etc were compared in two groups.Result：The rate of effective nursing intervention in the research group was 97.5%，it was more superior than 80.0% in the control group，the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：The early rehabilitation nursing intervention in patients with cerebral infarction limb function can target the function of limb，such as massage，medication，acupuncture can not only improve the limb disease states，also can shorten the disease prognosis recovery time，worthy of clinical popularization and application. 　　【Key words】 Super early； Rehabilitation nursing intervention； Cerebral infarction； Limb function rehabilitation 　　First-author’s address：Banqiao Community Health Ser
