锁定钢板治疗Pilon骨折的临床效果 　　[摘要] 目的 研究锁定钢板治疗Pilon骨折的临床效果，对临床治疗Pilon骨折提供方法参考。 方法 选取我院骨科2013年1月～2014年9月收治的52例Pilon骨折患者，随机分为锁定钢板组和解剖钢板组各26例，比较两组患者的围术期指标、复位放射学评价指标、功能恢复指标的差异。 结果 锁定钢板组的手术时间（48.6±10.5）min、术中出血量（126.3±18.5）ml、术后住院时间（17.5±4.3）d、骨折愈合时间（3.52±0.61）个月均显著低于解剖钢板组（P0.05）。锁定钢板组的踝关节优良率88.46%与解剖钢板组92.31%比较，差异无统计学意义（P0.05）。锁定钢板组的并发症率11.54%与解剖钢板组的23.08%比较，差异无统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 锁定钢板治疗Pilon骨折较解剖钢板可以显著缩短手术时间、住院时间、术后骨折愈合时间，治疗效果与解剖钢板相当。 　　[关键词] Pilon骨折；锁定钢板；解剖钢板；临床效果 　　[中图分类号] R683.42 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2016）05（a）-0081-04 　　Clinical effects of locking plate in treating Pilon fracture 　　ZHAO Zhan-wen 　　The Second Department of Orthopaedics，Luoyang New District Peoples Hospital，Luoyang 471023，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To study the clinical effects of locking plate in treating Pilon fracture and to provide reference for clinical treatment of Pilon fracture. Methods 52 Pilon fracture patients from Orthopedics Department of Luoyang new District Peoples Hospital from January 2013 to september 2014 were selected.Patients were randomly divided into locking plate group and anatomical plate group，each group was 26 cases.The difference of perioperative indicator，reset radiological evaluation index and functional recovery index in two groups were compared. Results The operation time，bleeding during operation，postoperative hospital stay and fracture recovery time in locking plate group was respectively （48.6±10.5）min，（126.3±18.5）ml，（17.5±4.3）d and （3.52±0.61）months，which was lower than that of anatomical plate group （P0.05）.The excellence rate of ankle in locking plate group was 88.46%，which was 92.31% in anatomical plate group，and the difference had no statistical significance （P0.05）.The incidence rate of complications in locking plate group was 11.54%，which was 23.08% in anatomical plate group，and the difference had no statistical significance （P0.05）.
