摘要 随着社会科学技术的发展，高层建筑日益增多，电梯成为高层建筑不可或缺的组成部分。由于传统电梯采用的是继电气控制的线路，继电器控制线路本身的一些缺陷已经无法满足人们对于电梯性能的要求，比如可靠性、舒适性、低功耗、低噪音等。而可编程控制器PLC则可以以它处理速度快、可靠性高、功耗小等优势满足人们对于电梯性能的要求。 本文采用PLC和变频器实现对电梯的控制，介绍了变频器的类型以及参数设计的相关知识，同时介绍了PLC的选型以及PLC控制系统的设计思路。根据电梯系统的设计要求，通过合理的选择和设计提高电梯的控制水平，改善电梯运行的舒适感，使电梯达到比较理想的控制效果，设计出可实现一定功能的PLC电梯控制系统。 关键词：电梯 PLC控制 变频器调速 Abstract Along with the social the development of science and technology, increasing high-rise building, the elevator become the indispensable part of high-rise buildings. Because the traditional elevator used is the electrical control line, relay control circuit itself some defects have been unable to meet the requirements of the people for elevator performance, such as reliability, comfort, low power consumption, low noise, etc. And programmable controller PLC may in its processing speed, high reliability, small power consumption advantages to satisfy the requirements of the people for elevator performance. Based on the PLC and frequency converter to realize the control of elevator, this paper introduces the types of frequency converter and parameter design of relevant knowledge, at the same time introduces the PLC selection and PLC control system design. According to the design requirements of the elevator system, through the reasonable selection and design to improve the elevator control level, improve the elevator operation comfort, make the elevator to achieve ideal control effect, designed can realize a certain function of PLC elevator control system.
