摘 要 高科技技术迅猛增长日趋普及的今天，办公自动化以其成本低、效率高、作用广、功能专等特点逐步被人们熟识和接受。论文旨在通过对当前Web模式的办公自动化系统应用技术相关领域的研究，为企业单位订制开发一套供单位内部日常办公管理使用的基于PHP技术的网络电子办公系统，实现信息化办公管理。 论文从应用研究角度出发，在经济、运营、技术三方可行性分析基础上，使用面向对象分析建模方法，对企业单位实际需求进行功能性和非功能性分析；进而详细设计了系统功能模块、物理方案、数据库和程序流程等内容；最后采用B/S/S软件架构，结合PHP脚本语言、MySQL数据库、HTML网页语言和JavaScript脚本语言等技术对系统功能进行了实现和测试工作。系统实现了日常办公管理使用的企业公告、个人办公、行政管理、工具管理、聊天室、个人信息管理和系统管理等功能。通过实际测试使用，系统基本符合最初设计要求，达到了企业单位日常办公管理工作信息化的目的。 关键词：办公自动化PHP，MySQL，统一建模语言B/S/S架构 ABSTRACT Nowadays, thanks to the rapid development of new technologies, Office Automation is being accepted gradually for its low cost, wide application and special function. This paper aims at designing an online electronic office system for the daily work management in LAN in enterprises and other institutions based on the PHP technology by researching the application technology of office automation system in web mode to realize the informationization management of the office. Having adopted functional and unfunctional analysis of practical requirement of the enterprises by the object-oriented modeling method based on analysis of the economic, operating and technical possibility, the author designs the systematic functional module, physical schemes, databases, and program procedures, and realizes and tests the system at last with B/S/S software architecture, MySQL database operation technology, HTML language technology and JavaScript and other technologies. This system has the functions such as enterprise bulletin, individual table top office, administrative management, tools management, chatting room, personal information management and systematic management. Through the actual tests and using, the system has proven that it has met the requirement of its initial design for informationization management of daily work of office in enterprises.
