Equipped with good comprehensive quality is of great importance for staff in nursing department to play the full role of being a qualified assistant. As a special role in nursing team, the role diversity of staff in nursing department, with efficient , fast-paced and diversified development of medical environment, becomes increasingly significant. The intensive analysis, integration, judgments, the capabilities of understanding problems and the way to deal with them are built on the basis of good overall quality and undertaking the diversified role successfully.
