护理学杂志2008年6月第23卷第 11期(综合版) · 75 · · 饮食与营养· 两餐制饮食指导对化疗患者胃肠反应的影响 孙迎红，杜召琳，康红梅，杨希，林青 摘要：目的减轻肿瘤患者化疗所致的不良反应，增加营养物质摄入。方法将360例住院化疗的肿瘤患者随机分为两 组各180例，两组均于9：3O开始化疗，化疗前30 min静脉推注昂丹司琼8 mg。对照组化疗期间采取常规少食多餐进 食，观察组采取6：O0进早餐、19：O0左右进晚餐的方式。化疗2个周期后比较两组胃肠道反应发生率及程度，白细胞 计数、体重变化。结果 观察组上述指标均显著优于对照组(PO．05，PO．01)。结论 两主餐制饮食方式可有效改善 化疗药物所引起的胃肠道反应，促进患者对食物的摄取。 关键词：肿瘤患者； 化疗； 胃肠反应； 两餐制； 饮食方式 中图分类号：R473．73；R459．3 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1001—4152(2008)l1—0075—02 Effect of A TwI卜meaI．per_day Guidance on Gastrointestinal Reaction of Patients with Chemotherapy／／SUN Yinghong， DUZhaolin，KANG Hongmei，YANG Xi．LIN Qing ff(Center of Tumor Therapy．Shandong Provincial Hospi— tal，Jinan 250021，China) Abstract：Objective To alleviate the adverse reaction caused by chemotherapy and increase ingestion of nutrient sub— stances，Methods A total of 3 60 carcinoma inpatients，who were subj ected tO chemotherapy，were randomly divided into tWO groups equally．The patients in both groups received chemotherapy at 9：30 am，and were intravenously injected with 8 mg ondansetron 30 min before chemotherapy．The control group accepted routine dinner，and the observation group accepted breakfast at 6 am and supper at 7 pm respectively．The incidence of gastrointestinal reaction，count of white blood cell and changes in body weight were observed after 2 courses of treatment．Results All indexes in the ob— servation group were significantly superior to those in the control group(P0．05，P 0．01)．Conclusion The tWO— meal per-day mode can effectively improve the gastrointestinal reaction caused by chemotherapy and promote absorption of food． Key words：tumor patient； chemotherapy； gastrointestinal reaction； tWO—meal—per-day mode； mode of di
