[摘要] 盗版现象由来已久,屡禁不止,这是源于它坚实的市场基础。从需求方面看,它的市场基础在于盗版品的消费价值高于正版品的消费价值;从供给方面看,它的市场基础在于盗版品的生产价值高于正版品的生产价值。本文认为,盗版品的存在,并不象人们普遍认为的那样有害无利。其实,盗版品究竟会增加福利还是减少福利,取决于时期的长短、竞争
