江曲矿业集团孙庄煤矿矿井开采设计 潘团力 （西安科技大学 采矿工程，陕西 西安 710054） 摘要：孙庄煤矿隶属于江曲矿业集团，位于江西省中部，其煤层赋存丰富，地质条件，顶、底板稳定，且底板为坚硬的砂岩。另外，其便利的交通条件为煤的开采和外运提供了许多方便。 本矿井的设计是以孙庄矿原有的丰城矿区孙庄井田精查地质报告、B4煤层底板等高线和地质综合柱状图为依据的。矿区内可采煤层为B4煤层，其煤层平均厚度为4.8m。井田的走向长为4㎞，倾斜长为3.19㎞，井田面积13.02㎞2，可采储量6935.68万t，煤层的平均倾角为11°；相对瓦斯涌出量10 m3/t，为高瓦斯突出矿井。 根据以上基本条件，结合相关设计规范和资料，该矿井井型设计为60万t/a，服务年限82.6a。通过对5个初选方案的技术分析及其中2个方案多方面的经济比较，全矿井分3个水平进行开拓，一、二水平为双立井，三水平为暗斜井开拓。采煤方法为倾斜分层走向长壁下行垮落采煤法，选用综采回采工艺进行开采。立井采用箕斗提煤，副井采用罐笼提升材料和运送人员；风井布置采用中央分列式，通风方式为抽出式，风机选用离心式风机抽风。采用“三八制”工作制度，一个综采工作面达产，满足了合理集中生产的要求。 Preliminary Mine Design of Sunzhuang Coal Mine Pan Tuan-Li (Mining engineering, Xian University of Science and Technology, Xian 710054, China) Abstract：The coal mine subordinated to the Jiangqu mining bureau is located in the middle of Jiangxi Province. The reserve in the coalfield is richly, and geological condition is easy. The roof and floor is stable, and the floor is hard sandstone. Moreover, The transportation system of the field is convenient to bring coal to outward. Average thickness of coal bed in this coalfield is 4.8m. The well field length along strike is 4㎞, and the length is .19㎞, The area of the coalfield is 13.02 km2. The usage reserve is 6935.68mt. Average inclination angle of the coal bed is 11°.The gas grade in the mine is high. Based on the basic condition listed above, integrated with mining documents, the capacity of the mine is designed as 60mt/a and the service life is 82.6a. Five develop plans are supplied to be chosen for the mine, the mine is divided to 3 levels, the first and the second level are developed by vertical shaft and the third level is developed by sub-inclined shaft after the analysis form the viewpoint of technology for 5 plans and economical comparison for 2 plans. Longwall on the strike system is selected to this mine, and the coal seam is divided into 2 slices on the inclination. Coal is hoisted by the skip in the main vertical shaft.
