Me The clinical data and MRI findings of 15 patients with ovarian fibroma confirmed by histopathology were analyzed retrospectively. All 15 cases had single lesion with well defined smooth margins. Lesions of 8 cases were round, 6 cases were orbicular-ovate, and 1 case was lobulated. Lesions were (6.9±2.5) cm on average.
