摘 要 随着经济的不断发展和人们生活条件的改善，我国人口的平均预期寿命在逐渐提高，在人口基数无比庞大的背景下，我国早已提前步入了老龄化社会。老龄化社会的到来伴随着一系列急需解决的社会问题，其中首要的问题是养老模式的问题。本文论述了我国当前老龄化现状，通过了解老年人在生理、心理、社会角色等方面的特点及我国老龄化的特点，探讨不同养老模式各自的利弊，结合我国经济社会的发展现状提出居家养老模式。最终营造一个适合我国国情的“以居家养老为基础,以社会服务为依托,以机构养老为补充”的养老体系，从而使更多的老年人健康长寿，安享晚年。 关键词：老龄化；养老模式；健康 Abstract With the development of economy and the improvement of peoples living conditions,the average life expectancy of Chinese population is increasing gradually, the population is very large in the background, China had already entered the aging society in advance.
