The responsive load optimization control conditions and its mathematica1 model 缸e especia11y studied. In the c部e of certain practica1 problems ，由e re- sponsive load optima1 control cons位aints 缸e offered. Turning off and norma1 operation of 也e two constraint states are set. In由e necess缸y conditions , the solution of the optimization o均ective function is tried. Taking Shenyang power sys优m as an ex缸nple ， according to the daily load to draw the curve , the responsive load capacity was estimated. It plays an impor- tant role for guiding 也e responsive load control. The responsive load resourl臼s can be used to improves the stabi1ity of the power system , and reduce operation costs.
