Data show that global veterinary apparatus ìndustry is developing rapidly in recent years , average annual growth of around 17%.ηle industrial structure has become increasingly intensive. The United States , the European Union and Japan s veterinmγ apparatus industry occupies more than 65% of the global market share. The industIγscale ， industrial structure , profitability , industry investment and external dependency of veterinary apparatus industry in China have a significant positive change. The international status is rising gradually , but the world factoη11 status has not completely changed. Key words: veterinary apparatus j industrial profile j proportion in the world 国内外实践证明，畜牧业经济的发展取决于四 大支柱产业，即品种、饲料、兽药和兽医器械，四者 相辅相成，缺一不可。其中兽医器械不仅是畜牧业 生产、实验动物养殖、兽药生产等的重要投入品[l] ， 更是动物疫病防控、诊断治疗、实验分析等的重要 工具。由于种种原因，兽医器械一直是制约我国畜 牧业向兰高(高产、高质、高效)畜牧业发展的瓶 颈，也是影响兽药使用效果的重要因子之一[2] 。 兽医器械产业是→个既老且新的产业，说其 老，是因为兽医器械是伴随着畜牧业的产生而产 生，伴随着畜牧业的发展而发展的，具有悠远的发 展历史;说其新，是因为长期以来，人们对兽医器 械在畜牧业生产和疫病防控中的重要作用认识不 足，企业对兽医器械的研发和生产关注度不够，致 使产业得不到应有的发展。近年来，美国、欧盟、日 本等发达国家不断加大对兽医器械产业的投资力 度，并逐步将产业链延伸到包括中国在内的发展中 国家和经济欠发达国家全球兽医器械产业发展势 头迅猛，我国兽医器械产业也在稳步提升。在作者 等多年产业调查的基础上，我们聘请专业公司对全 球兽医器械产业数据进行系统收集，并依据这些统 计数据对世界兽医器械产业规模、产业结构、产业 作者简介:刘燕，博士，副研究员，从事兽医器械
