The bidirectional mov鄄 ing process of regional industrial knowledge value chain is researched from portrait and landscape orientation, and then the two ones are combined to analyze the longitude-latitude-in-orbit double driving mechanism of regional industrial knowledge value chain, which can provide academic and practical references for researching and developing regional industrial knowledge value chain.
