The crystalloid was simultaneously ?nfused at a ratio of crystalloid to colloid 2: 1. The effectiveness of two regimens was assessed based on total input and output volume of the drug solution during the operation , changes of hemodynamics , blood-gas analysis , coagula- tion index and outcomes of blood biochemistry and hematology during the operation and in one day post the operation. Results: No significant differences of the total input and output volume of the drug solu- tions in the process of the operation were found in the two regímens. The hemodynamics and the blood/ gas analysis of arteries remained normal during the operation.
