No.9 临 床 医 学 腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术并发症分析 李亚平,王 健,郑成军,杜 波,但 杰 (四川省乐山市人民医院外一科, 四川 乐山 614000) 摘要:目的 探讨腹腔镜直肠癌根治术常见并发症的防范与处理。 方法 回顾性分析我院近 3 年 86 例腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术的临床资料。 结果 80 例完成腹腔镜手术，6 例中转开腹手术，全组无手术死亡病例。 其中发生并发症 10 例（占 11.6%）：5 例吻合口漏，2 例输尿管损伤，肠管损伤 1 例，会阴部伤口感染 1 例，性功能障碍 1 例。 结论 ??腔镜结直肠癌手术并发症的发生与手术者的经验技术和学习曲线有明显的相关性，只有 熟练掌握结直肠癌开放手术的技术，同时熟练掌握腹腔镜技术，正确把握腔镜手术的适应症，适时的中转开腹，术中仔细解剖切除等，才能更大 限度地减少并发症的发生。 关键词: 腹腔镜；结直肠癌；并发症 Analyze the Complications of Laparoscopic Radical Mastectomy of Colorectal cancer LI Ya-ping，WANG Jian，ZHENG Cheng-jun，et al ( Peoples Hospital of Leshan City，Leshan 614000，China) Abstract: Objective to Investigate prevention and treatment the common complications of laparoscopic Radical mastectomy of colorectal cancer Methods We Retrospective analysis 86 cases of laparoscopic Radical mastectomy of colorectal cancer clinical data in the last three years.Results Among them ,80 cases use laparoscopic surgery, six cases converted to laparotomy, no deaths in Operation .Complications occurred in 10 patients (11.6%): 5 cases of anastomotic leakage, 2 cases of ureteral injury, bowel injury in 1 case, 1 case of perineal wound infection, sexual dysfunction in 1 case.
