药物研究 Drug Research 2015年7月 金线莲多糖结构的初步分析※ 杨振国 1 张晓辉 2 余 杰 2 【摘要】目的 初步分析活性药物金线莲多糖（PSA）化学结构特征。方法 采用红外光谱分析法分析多糖官能团和糖苷 键构型，气相色谱法测定多糖的单糖组成。结果 PSA 由葡萄糖、阿拉伯糖、木糖、半乳糖、鼠李糖和甘露糖 6 种单糖组 成。其中半乳糖和葡萄糖的比例占 75%以上。多糖中单糖含有 α-和 β-吡喃环。结论 PSA复杂的结构构象是其具有多种药 效活性的原因之一。 【关键词】金线莲；多糖；结构 【中图分类号】R284 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】1673-5846(2015)07-0036-02 Primary study on the Characterization of polysaccharides from Anoectochilus Roxburghii Yang Zhenguo Zhang Xiaohui Yu Jie 【Abstract】Objective Study on the structure feature of polysaccharides from Anoectochilus roxburghii(PSA).Methods The characterization and component of PSA were analyzed by infrared spectrum and gas chromato- graphy.Results PSA is composed of glucose, Arabia sugar, xylose, galactose, rhamnose and mannose composed of 6 monosaccharides. The galactose and glucose accounted for more than 75%. PSA possess alpha and beta pyran ring characterization.
