This work is licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution International License (CC BY). /licenses/by/4.0/ Abstract On the condition of the continuous development of auto industry, the motor vehicle drivers test system with the update of global satellite positioning technology becomes the intelligence com- puter automatic evaluation from the traditional artificial judgment. For driving test system, high precision of position information is necessary. Based on the application of real time kinematic technology and equipment, Huazhong designs the driving test system that meets the requirement of the intelligent positioning evaluation. This system realizes the automatic monitoring in the whole process of the driving test, reduces the misjudgment rate and embodies the principle of fairness and justice.
