In order to achieve a win-win of their own trade and environmental protection, many countrìes have taken varìous measures to safeguard their own interests. Using their dominant position in economic globalization, some countries even impact and force other countries to change their policy of environmental resources. From United States and Japan v. China of restricting exports of rare earths case, we can see the challenges and opportunities of Chinese resources and environmental protection faced in the context of globalization. It also contributes to take scientific and effective response measures in our country.
