a).Words and expressions: this, pencil, pen, book, eraser, ruler, pencil box, dictionary, that, yes, no, not, isn’t=is not, excuse me thank these,those,aren’t

Yes, it is. It’s mine./No ,it isn’t. It’s his/hers.
Are these /those your books?
Yes,they are./No,they aren’t.They’re hers/his.
[Teaching procedures]
Step 1.Greeting
T:Class begins.Good afternoon,everyone.
S:Good afternoon,teacher.
T:Nice to meet you.
S:Nice to meet you,too.
Step 2. New words.
a)Present the new words.
T: Boys and girls, look at this, please. What’s this in English?
(Teacher holds a pen in the English.)
S: A pen.
T:Spell it,please.
S:P-E-N
T: Yeah.. And what’s this?
(The teacher holds an eraser in the hand.)
S2: It’s an eraser.
(Teach the other words such as “pencil, book, r, ruler, pencil box schoolbag, and dictionary” in the same way.)
b)Practice the new words.

(The teacher pick up the book on the floor)
T:At this time,we should ask her, “Is this your book?”
S: Yes, it is. It’s mine.
T:(The teacher ask another student) Is this your book?
S: No ,it isn’t. It’s his/hers.
Practice the drill by changing the schoolthings.
(Put a boy’s book on the table and the teacher stands a little far from the table.)
T:At this time,we should ask her, “Is that your book?”
S: Yes, it is. It’s mine.
T:(The teacher ask another student) Is that your book?
S: No ,it isn’t. It’s his/hers.
