黄河科技学院毕业设计说明书 第  PAGE 19 页 PAGE  黄河科技学院毕业设计说明书 第  PAGE 1 页 红外线自动水龙头的设计 摘 要 随着我国经济的高速发展，红外线控制技术已经进入一个崭新的时代，其应用越来越广泛。而水龙头作为现代生活的工具，与人们的生活紧密相关，随着人们对其要求的提高，水龙头得到了快速的发展，其控制技术已经发展到了自动控制阶段，其控制系统也由红外线代替了手动控制。 本文采用脉冲产生电路、锁相环电路及开关控制电路作为控制器。红外线自动水龙头采用锁相环单音检测电路LM567构成自发射自接收的闭环控制形式，把LM567产生的方波电信号调制在红外线光信号上并发射出去，红外线光敏二极管接收该信号，并把其变为电信号，经放大，又被该LM567自身检测。这样，LM567自身的振荡频率与要接收的信号频率永远相同，即使由于某种原因使LM567的振荡频率发生了变化。在一定的频带宽度内，由于LM567只对与自身振荡频率非常接近的信号产生响应，而对其他频率的干扰信号不响应，所以，该装置具有可靠性高、抗干扰性强、安装调试简单的特点。 关键词：红外线，水龙头，控制器，LM567，抗干扰性强 Design of infrared automatic faucet Abstract Along with the rapid development of Chinese economy, infrared control technology has entered a new era, it is widely used.
