Western blot analysis showed that three receptor antagonist induced activity of Caspase 3 and Caspase 9 expression fragment , and Caspase 8 was not affected. Conclusion -adrenergic receptor blockers can induce apoptosis in pancreatic cancer cells, mainly by blocking the 2 apoptotic effect of endogenous receptors.
