[Methods] received postoperative radiotherapy in patients with endometrial cancer, 106 cases of pelvic linear accelerator wild external beam radiotherapy, 24 cases of vaginal Shiyuan plus HDR intracavitary brachytherapy device. According to patient’s age, surgical stage, myometrial invasion, pathological type, histological grade, lymph node metastasis in six observation index analysis and 5-year survival rate relationship. [Results] The overall 5-year survival rate was 53.6%. Age, surgical stage, myometrial invasion, pathological type, lymph node metastasis and postoperative survival rate was significantly correlated (P lt;0.05), histological grade and survival rate of no significant correlation (Pgt; 0.05). [Conclusion] endometrial cancer with postoperative adjuvant radiotherapy for sure, age, surgical stage, myometrial invasion, pathological type, lymph node metastasis that affect the survival rate of endometrial cancer prognostic factors.
